MY STORY

Hi, I'm Shanna Graham.

I'm a registered physiotherapist from North Vancouver, BC Canada who believes movement is our best medicine for health, longevity, and preventing injury. I treat skiers in-person everyday and former physiotherapist for the Vancouver Freestyle Ski Team.

Every year I treat hundreds of ski injuries. Most common error: their bodies were not ready for the unique demands of skiing.

I designed training for my clients prior to ski season, especially coming back after injuries, but I wasn't getting to everyone before they were injured. Personally, I was also tired of worrying about how my legs would hold up at the beginning of the season.

So using my experience as a physiotherapist specializing in skiers and the actual programming design I use for the Vancouver Freestyle Team, I created a 6-week training program, designed specifically for skiing, for you to follow along!

Prep to Ski is a 6-week strength and conditioning program with 12 video workouts. Designed by me, Shanna Graham, a North Vancouver physiotherapist who trains Freestyle Vancouver athletes and treats skiers everyday in clinic.

Each workout is designed specific to skiing and its unique demands.

6 weeks.

12 workouts of 35-45 minutes.

Can I view it more than once?

How does as many times as you’d like sound? You get it for the entire ski season, 6 months from the date of purchase.

Can I use extended health benefits?

Unfortunatley not for direct billing, but be sure to check with your insurance provider for options available to you.

What if the exercises are too hard/too easy?

Prep to Ski features jumps, hops, and single-leg exercises to prep your body for similar demands on the hill. While this course is not for beginners, I provide modifications to ramp up or ramp down the whole way through.

What if I decide the program is not for me?
